If you see someone putting a spoiler out in plain site, post a message there and send them to this page. We get a lot of new people flowing into the boards over time and not everyone knows better. For most people, just letting them know and pointing them in the right direction is enough...
If it gets to be really bad with anyone in particular just let one of the mods know...

Just a reminder to everyone, as we get close to the finale, a number of pretty big spoilers are floating around. Let's really try and respect those on the boards who don't want to know these spoilers by using the !! spoiler tag on any text that might be spoilerish. Because many people use the "last 10 posts to the forum" page, we need to spoiler tag in all sections of the site.
In addition, let's avoid thread titles that are in and of themselves spoilers, like:
(none of these are true - just examples)
"5 of 8 characters to die confirmed" (people may not want to know that 8 people will be dying for example)
"Will Sun die in Greatest Hits or in the Finale?" (people may not want to be spoiled that Sun is going to die for example)
"Jorge Gonzales just sold house in Hawaii to move back to LA" (people may not want to know that Hurley will be dying soon, thus Jorge is moving back to LA - again for example)
