Alright, let me put on my explination cap:
Karma: Karma is just a little thing Jay thought would be fun. If someone thinks you're cool or have said something interesting, they can press the 'Exalt' button and you get a karma point. If you've said something rude or overly critical of someone else (or even for no reason whatsoever) they can press the smite button and you lose a karma point.
Lost Podcast Team: The Lost Podcast Team is a group of induviduals whose mission is to spread the word of the podcast. You can tell relatives, friends, other Lost fans at your school or place of employment, etc. You can join by sending an email to Jay at lostpodcast@gmail.com saying you want to be a part of it. Once you've been added, you are eligable for the prize drawing we hold every month. Last months prize was an autographed Jorje Garcia (Hurley) picture, so I'd say it's definitely worth your while to join. ;D
