I didn't even know Dominic Monaghan was in it! I actually thought it was a made for TV movie like "Quake", which they had on a year or two before. That's pretty much why I didn't watch it, and once I found out it was a TV series I figured that if I missed the pilot, why bother? Proves how much attention I pay to commercials, huh? ;D

Yeah me and my sister were near the TV (I think my dad was watching something) and we saw him and were like "was that Dom??" and my parents had seen a commercial the previous day and thought it was him, I look on IMDb and sure enough it was him!

that's pretty much the reason why we started watching it, but it's a long story on how we really started watching it...

Well, I never, ever watched tv (didn't even own one for a couple years) so getting me to watch a tv show was an act of Hobbit Devotion. Of course, I got hooked and now Charlie isn't even my favorite character (although I love him always!!). I can't even choose a favorite character....I love most of them *cough*all except Ana-Lucia*cough* <3

Yeah, that's how I am too. Charlie's still my favorite (simply because I see myself in him), but I swear, if someone touched Sawyer, Jin, Sayid, Claire, Locke, Eko and ESPECIALLY Hurley, I'd have something to say about it.

I guess I should offically introduce myself, my name is Julie and I'm from Pittsburgh (go Steelers!)

I've been watching Lost since the very first episode, its pretty much the only show I watch on a regular basis.

I wanted to say thanks to Jay and Jack though for being the only lost podcast, out of the ones I listen to, to have a show every week during the break. That shows total dedication! Your podcast is definitley my favorite, it makes my fridays at work much better. And Jay if you read this I really don't think your bitter and also you sound like an awesome guitar player, I am currently trying to learn guitar and not having much success. I think I need lessons.
