Alright so Ralph was walking along, minding his own business last Thurs, coming to find me, Jay, & John as we were waiting on the incredibly long line to check me & John in a CC. On his way, someone sees him in his bright obnoxiously yellow Dharmalars shirt and goes to him, "Hey! You're friends with Jay and Jack!" Needless to say, he was a little bit miffed, shall we say, to have been recognized as "Jay and Jack's friend" and not "Ralph from the Dharmalars." He sulked about it a little, told the story on the live DL podcast after the "Lost" panel, blah blah blah.
Cut to Friday morning. I'm standing in line at a little Starbucks stand at the Convention Center, dutifully wearing my Dharmalars pin when some dude comes up to me and goes, "Where did you get that pin?" I went, "My Dharmalars button?" He replies, "Yes. Where did you get it?" I tell him that I got it from Ralph himself, that we were friends, and that I could call him & Ben right now to come meet him if he wanted to and he could get his <gasp> very own button! He says, "No, that's okay. Can I have that one?" Being the good DL supporter that I am, I give him the button.
So Ralph is Jay & Jack's friend and I am Ralph & Ben's friend. Is NO ONE friend of the MetroBuzz?!
DISGUSTING.
