For those who are interested .. posted my 'recap' of "Glass Ballerina" on the Lostfreaks forum.
I renamed that section to "Watching With Casper" though ... never thought that 'recap' grasps the idea behind it anyway.

Our new show is up.
For this week’s edition we LostChicks welcomed fellow podcaster and good friend Jay to join us in the first half of the show.
We recap the episode "The Glass Ballerina", followed by my 'Lost Extravaganza', some listener feedback and Steph’s spoiler update.
And the other more handsome guy might sneak in at one point as well. ;D
