Wait a second, how the heck did Jack get in the woods at the beginning of 2.1?

I was just looking at the screen caps Susi took and one of them looks like Jack standing outside the ice rink. Hmm...

O my where to start, hehe "Wait a second, how the heck did Jack get in the woods at the beginning of 2.1?" That's a really good question. Ummm, I really don't know how he got into the woods? Let me think for a second.... ok I liked paused there for about a minute but i think I got an explaination. When Jay and I wrote the three episodes, we wanted Jack to get mad and leave the vidcast. The 3rd and final episode, we know that Jack and "Clif" AKA Johnathan Orr, met a long time ago when Jack went to shut off the machine in vidcast 1.3 I think. Between 1.3 vidcast and the next one where the studio was destroyed, we didn't know what happened to Jack. In this latest one, we know that Jack met Clif and it was Clif that put the key in and shut off the machine. To answer your question, Jack tried to get back to the place where he shut off the machine, and ended up in the woods. But that doesn't explain the "how" he got there in the first place.. hmmmm.... "I took my iPod to school and showed some of my mates all of the vidcasts in order and they all thought it was just great. You brightened up some kids rainy day at Gwernyfed H.S in Three roosters, Powys, Wales and gave us something to talk about in English! For that I thank you!" Yay! You're welcome! "Has anyone read over the notes Cliff was writing in his Office? I think it just says "What do these numbers mean, How do they work, and It's impossible." To Cliff the numbers mean the best podcast right?" You're Right, they do mean the best podcast in the world. In the second vidcast of the trilogy where my character is revealed, and Jack is captured, we see the numbers on the board, but we don't know or find out reveal what they mean. It's kind of a puzzle to the fans who watch it. The numbers represent a letter from the alphabet- I can't remeber the numbers but the end result is: T L PODCAST W J J Fill in the gaps But what my character was writing on the clipboard was a representation of the passt Clif trying to figure out what the numbers mean. I also tried to quickly draw up the diagram that Locke saw in the hatch. It was a tributed to the show while tring to stay in context with the vidcast. Plus, the stuff on the clip board, I wrote down in a couple of minutes, we we're all running behind schdule and i didn't have time to plan. hehehe ok, going to lunch right now! munch, munch

Did anyone hear JnJ's request for us an easter egg somewhere in the Vidcast? Not sure which episode, but the guys said they would discuss it in TLP on Thursday. Anyone have any ideas? (if you PM Jack, I think he will give you 1,000 gold flaky stars.)

The more I watch it the more I get confused ... so I don't have any answers ... just some observations ...
So far we've seen Jay and Jack returning two times after pressing the easy button … wearing different clothes each time.
When Evil-Clif (let's assume it's him) walks past the laptop with Jay and Jack argueing... is that a live transmission? Cause someone’s also behind the camera at the same time as Jay is talking into the camera to Clif.
We obviously don’t know yet what happened between Jack running out of the podcast and waking up in the woods. Did he pass out at the same spot where Jay fell?
What’s up with Jack sending the message to Jay? From which timeline is that? He wears the clothes from back when Jay accused him of eating the candy bar for the first time / vision Jack.
Evil-Clif has been waiting for Jack... while key-entering Clif doesn’t know him, asking him “Are you the one?”. Is one occurence in the past and one in the future? Or do we talk about different Clifs?
Why is Jack in such a bad mood in the second vidcast? Is there a special reason or is that ‘just Jack’?
When Jay finally finds Jack ... was Jack just falsely under the impression that he’s been held captive for weeks or is there some time glitch going on?
What’s up with Jay and Jack running through the woods after they got succesfully away from Clif?
Clif's board provide the following numbers:
20 12 16 15 4 3 1 19 23 20 10 10
T L P O D C A S W T J J
Is it an error that two numbers got mixed up? I spent a whole winter thinking about that one ... Do the other numbers above have any meaning? Or is it just to show how hatch-Clif came up with the right order of the numbers?
Johnathan Orr ... an anagram perhaps?
Clif, Jay said once that Jack's initial cap would be a clue. Jay probably remembers that I had numerous ideas what it could show. Can you tell us now what it is? I never could identify it for sure and Jay wouldn't tell me. He's mean.
Is it the Lost podcast logo?

In the third vidcast we're confronted again with Jay sending Jack away to enter the key. (Why is it Jack's task anyway? What is the guy in the 'hatch' for then? ) Then we cut to Jack arriving with the key. It insinuates that both scenes follow one after the other.
But Jack wears totally different clothes. So far I thought that might be a continuation error ... but maybe Jack had to enter the key at least twice in his lifetime. That would also explain why Jay and Jack return from destruction twice wearing different clothes each time. Or something. ;D
Help. Good night.

I was under the impression that the initial cap that Jack wore in the vidcast was a logo for the Underwater station...but that was just me. Anyone know if the podcast will be up tonight or tomorrow morning?

I think they record the show tonight ...

That means tomorrow then...We still have time to figure this out though. I wonder if anyone has figured it out, this is a difficult mystery. What episode is the board with the numbers 2.1 or 2.2?

It's 2.2.
In 2.1 Jack's a jerk during the vidcast (Sorry, Jack. Luv ya. ) and he storms out of the 'studio' in the end.

Interesting, I'm gonna go listen to the ramblecast again to see what they are looking for, then I will watch 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 over for like the millionth time (not that I mind though, Jay is quite the good looking guy.)
Good luck on your quest to Comic Con Casper, +919 (I love a good avatar when I see one)
