By the way, I called the ComicCon people to ask them about early pick-up of one day passes and they said that you can pick them up at 9. That only leaves one hour, so if you are doing that, get in contact with someone to let them know that you need them to hold a place.
So officially, hold my place guys!
(Although I may be going for two days and am going to see if I can get a pass for both days at once.)

So officially, hold my place guys! (Although I may be going for two days and am going to see if I can get a pass for both days at once.) You should be able to buy if for two days when you purchase your pass. I know that I got mine on Friday last year, so it was good for the last three days. Basically they give you a badge that you wear all the time you are there and it gets you into pretty much everything. As for saving places in line, please everyone let us know who will be there prior to Saturday and who will be there Saturday only. I will also tell you to give yourself a good chunk of time to find parking and get in line. People will be in line a good hour before the venue opens just to be able to get to where they want to be as soon as the doors open.

Not going...but I am curious after reading Igmar's post....will Jay and Jack get to meet Jorge? Does Jorge know they are coming? I'm excited FOR them! How cool would it be if Jorge stood up and said..."Dude, where are Jay and Jack?" or...I guess he would say.."Dude, where is Jay?"

For those who aren't going, I heard G4 is gunna be there so you can check it out that way as well. They were all ova E3 earlier so they should have excellent coverage. And they are Lost fans too, so that helps. Just check what channel you get it on.

Sorry, C.
From Wikipedia.com:
G4 is an American cable and satellite television channel originally geared toward male viewers aged 12–34 and devoted to the world of video games and the video game lifestyle. More recently, the channel has diverted its focus to general interest programming that targets male viewers aged 18–34. G4 launched on April 24, 2002. It is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and owned by G4 Media (which, in turn, is owned primarily by Comcast). G4 is available in 56 million cable and satellite homes nationwide.
The name "G4" originally stood for the four generations of video games (text, sprites, polygons and textures). However, the form of the name is similar to such computer-age abbreviations as "i18n" for "internationalization" and can be considered as intentionally fashionable.
On April 25, 2006, it was reported that G4 is the least viewed basic cable network in America. However, G4 claims to be the #1 most podcasted cable network in America with 6 of its shows in iTunes Top 100 rankings. (I subscribe to two!)
E3 is presented by the Entertainment Software Association, the Electronic Entertainment Expo, commonly known as E³, is the world's largest annual trade show for the computer and video games industry. The expo is a strictly over-18 event, it is only open to game industry professionals, journalists, and guests of exhibitors, such as celebrities.
E³ is usually held in the third week of May of each year at the Los Angeles Convention Center (LACC) in Los Angeles. The Expo was held in Atlanta for two years during the late 1990s, during which attendance plummeted. The ESA said that over 70,000 people attended the show in 2005.
Many video game developers show off their upcoming games and game-related hardware at the event, The independent "Game Critics Awards" have been given to "Best of E³" games in various categories since 1998.
The Game Developers Conference is another yearly milestone for developers held in the spring each year in California, but it focuses on talks and discussions about the development of games, while E³ is primarily a showcase, aimed at the press and retailers.
Since G4's programming roots are in gaming, they excellently convered everything gaming at the convention.
G4 has announced they will begin their coverage called ComicCon06 LIVE on July 21st at 8pm ET.

now i feal bad for watching g4 all the time. i have to say, im a big x-play, attack of the show and (the newly added) star treck fan so there you have it g4 does have awsome coverage and if anyone sees adam sesler or morgan webb there get an autograph for me! (heck ill take any autograph)
im not going but i have researched some of the stuff that will be there and i have to say aside from lost, the thing i would go to check out would be Amy Winfree's booth. For those of y9ou who dont know who she is, Amy created sutch online cartoons as "muffin films" (muffinfilms.com), "Big Bunny" ( bigbunny.com) and the ever so popular, "Making Fiends" (makingfiends.com).
check her out and any g4 and lost and that alone should be awsome!
