Hey Jack, just wanted to say congrats on your team winning the first game of the Stanley Cup. You know, I was so looking forward to rubbing your nose in it if the Oilers won. But don't worry, my team will win....GO OILERS!!!! ;D

It was a big win last night. The Oilers out played the Canes. 3 more to go.

I was all for the Oilers until this round - they kicked butt - but I gotta stick by my e-Flyers like Brind'Amour - that's how I roll, yo!

ummm...with Roloson out for the rest of the series...the series will be very short...5 games max the canes will win
I think with Roloson still playing, oilers take game one in OT and the series in 6.
NHL playoffs are ALL about who's got the hot goalie...

Props to Carolina, I had Edmonton going all the way in 7, but the way they played, and with their goalie out, my prediction gets more far-fetched with each passing second.

Good morning Jack! How was the game? I watched the it last night but it was not half as good as game one. Without Roloson, I feel Edmonton has no shot whatsoever...which doesn't make for great, competitive hockey. What do you think??? PS: Nice to see there are Americans who enjoy the NHL...you're somewhat of an urban myth down here.

not sure how true it was, but I had heard that walk up tickets were available...I'm sorry, but that should NOT happen for the SC Finals...

If Cam Ward keeps playing like he did Tuesday night. I don't see how the Canes can lose, but you never know. Anything can happen.

I could be wrong, but I thought all the games where sold out. I didn't see an empty seat Tuesday night. All I can tell you is, Raleigh is going crazy for Hockey. Not bad for a College basketball town.

boooo as a graduate of UConn, I can't stand Raleigh college hoops...well, at least Duke. I don't mind NC State so much (although they knocked us out of the tournament two years ago)
