Handsome Jack.....what are your thoughts on why Walt always * appears* (or projects himself) dripping sopping wringing wet .......when he was taken from one nice dry raft to a nice dry boat by the Others...... ??

Because he dosen't have umbrella........ Just kidding.
My only guess I have is, he's trying to tell people he's in trouble.

since it appears that the Others dont leave tracks or shower, Walt isnt projecting himself while being allowed to shower so perhaps he has drowned...........
my theory

maybe that cable running into the water leads to some kind of underwater lair and walt is in there. shooting craps with the little mermaid.

Hahahaha funnny, if Walt is as good at craps as he is backgammon he might do OK. You got to watch out for mermaids though there crafty devils.

I hope Walt didn't drown. He is one of the people who I think is central to figuring out this puzzle.

Nope I think Walt is still hoping around in the bushes somewhere. BUT NOTICE! When it is raining, he's dry. When it's dry, he's wet. He talks backwards. Locke couldn't walk and now he can. There is something "backwards" about this island!

Hey, so am I. Bad jokes do tend to circulate around high schools don't they? Well, my highschool at any rate. I was just saying that the Backwards theory could be stretched an altered to the point of bad taste.
