Hey Jay, I have no idea if this will ever actually get to you, I just signed up for the forum and it's... ginormous. But it's worth a shot, right? I've been listening to yall's podcast for a while now... haven't had the courage to call yet  but I really, really enjoy it. And actually, I pretty much always agree with what you say. Between you and me... I think Jack's a teensy bit crazy  Not everyone's a liar. He needs to have a little faith and trust, huh? Well, just wanted to tell you hi and how much I love the show, it got me through each week and hopefully it'll help with the upcoming 8 (  ) months. Also, I heard you mention going back to school for a bit. I'm a student myself, and I'm curious as to what you're majoring in? Thanks for the podcast! -Nicole Oh, and have a great summer! and... Thanks Nicole glad to know I have another listener on my side of the camp ;D.
I've been working on getting a music degree, transferring to UNC Pembroke to finish it out. A Bachelors in Music with Emphasis in The Music Industry . Glad to have you on the boards!

oh wow you answered! thank you Jay that made my day. oh! I forgot to mention in my first post... before I started listening to yall's podcast I was searching and searching and searching like crazy for the tablature to play Win One for the Reaper on my guitar, and I came across your version (which I absolutely love)... but I didn't know your last name and it never dawned on me that of all the Jays in the world it could've been you. So when you mentioned it on a podcast recently I had a really cool 'small world' moment or a sort of LOST connection moment, if you will And as for my guitar version... definitely not as good as yours, but it's a work in progress |
