Yeah, I was keeping up with the announcements live on Macrumors.com, I must say I am really impressed. Its a little pricey though, and I wish it had more storage than 8GB but its pretty awesome.
It makes me proud to me a Mac Addict ;D

omg, i hadn't heard about this product before, but darn it does looks seriously slick and super awesome!!
If it's really as smooth as the flash presentation on this site (http://www.apple.com/iphone/ ), then that's just incredible! Apple is gonna own that market!
Lotta money indeed, but i guess that's normal with spanking new innovative stuff. I hope they'll get commercialized soon and drop to an affordable price.

It does look real kick ass. I wonder how their service will be. But the problem is, I just got and iPod, and just got a new cell plan. d**n I should have waited for both.  Oh well by the time they work out all the bugs, it will be time for a new phone. |

The iphone looks so cool, but I wouldn't even think about getting one if they don't increase the storage. Thats why I hope when they make their next ipod, they keep alot of the new changes. Basically take away the whole phone part and call it an ipod, I would buy it. 80 gigs too!
I don't have a video ipod, but how big are the movies and videos they sell?

8 gigs on a phone is a lot i jave a music phone now with only one but i have an ipod so i never use it but 8 is good

its not a cell phone, its a computer that just can happens to be a cell phone too. i dont reallly see a market for it. people already have cell phones and ipods.

I wish they'd release a new iPod that's like that, except with the phone capabilities. I want to upgrade to at least 30 gigs (my 2 gig Nano just isn't cutting it for space  ). I guess I'll just get the iPod that's out now, and be annoyed when they get around to releasing a shiny new one.  |

I KNEW that was coming from apple sometime! thats totally awesome!!!!!! I just looked it up, and its amazing, it has complete web-browsing maps and even a camera fits in there too. and wesh, I agree with you that its totally gonna own the market in a few months |
