I think one can say all country soudns the same, but if I listen to fall out boy and all american rejects, they almost sound alike.
My problem with American idol, si that it is nto fair, simple. I eman, the way I heard, they have these tables set up for everyone to go see differetn judges. Sometimes, you can be a great singer, but the table is full of people who reject everyone who comes to them. Only the people who get past the tables go see the judges. And lets face it, I'm sorry , but in my opinion, their were better singers ont hat stage then Taylro Hicks. Hicks was a great entertainer, the best there, butI think Mandisea deserved to win last year (she was Aferican American, heavy)
Another problem might be the voting. Everyone votes for their favorite. Well, certain people who leave may not be everyones favorite, but you still don't wnat them to get kicked off the show. You should be able to vote for your least favorite, that way, your second favorite isn't kicked off the show.
Go Sonjiah!Hey, if he wins american idol, I'll by his record, simply as a slap in the face of american idol hehe.

Bev....our girl Jordin was amazing this week....I was a bit surprised by Blake and LaKeesha in the bottom 3...I think Chris should have been there instead of Blake....I agree...Phil sounded good this week...but I'm still pullin' for Jordin!

I so want Jordin or Blake to win. ;D I didn't mind him. He definitely wasn't the best singer, but he wasn't the worst either. |

Bev....our girl Jordin was amazing this week....I was a bit surprised by Blake and LaKeesha in the bottom 3...I think Chris should have been there instead of Blake....I agree...Phil sounded good this week...but I'm still pullin' for Jordin! She was absolutely amazing, I still can't get over her confidence as she is so young. But man can she sing. I couldn't believe that Blake was in the bottom 3 either, I thought that Chris would be there for sure. I am still hoping that it'll be Jordin and Blake in the finals, I'd love for either of them to win. I felt kind of bad for Sanjaya, after all is is so young and there was so much pressure on him, I was a little sad for him when he cried, he was probably relieved that it was over. But I am still glad that he was voted off finally. |

I'm also glad Sanjaya is sone. But Ihaev to admit I don't care about the other guys this year. Maybe Phil, he's fun.

Well Pogs and Gracie's mom, our girl Jordin just gets better and better, wasn't she just awesome on last night's show. Wow!!! she's just so talented, I haven't watched tonight's show yet so I don't know who got voted off. |

I think the appeal of "American Idol" - next to being a manipulated show just like any reality tv - is kinda to be the American dream. The girl or boy next door will become a star and we can see the progress how he or she finds its place every week.
That is why I don't hope and I don't think Melinda will win even though she might be the best voice. She's just too professional to begin with ...
