The contents of the Charlie water aren't unknown, I believe in one of "the 5" segments, a question was what it contained, and he told us... And those fruity cheerios commercials kind of creeped me out, but then just got annoying.

I laughed out loud when Jack mentioned the Fruity Cheerios. When the commercial came on I ranted at my friend about it until Lost came back on, so I thought it was awesomely funny.
