The Vidcast with Jack and the chocolate all over him made me almost have a nightmare. I love chocolate, but not with Jack underneath it.

If you install iTunes on your computer I can show you how to convert the aac to mp3.  |

www.jayandjack.blogspot.com don't know how close it was or updated it is, but there you go (don't think it includes the ramblecast). The yahoo one with jay and jack can load up quick too.
