Two things... First, I believe that little dart poking out of a circle thingy under Sunan's avatar tells us he is not a her. Not a big deal, but just thought I would point that out... Unless you know something I don't about them.
Secondly, you can also see from the screen capture that he has the filters on to weed out everything but podcasts, so nothing else would show up in their library. And since we only see a section of the list, there may be more than just LOST one on there but who knows.
The shuffle thing is most likely the way they normally have their library set to play and they just did this search for podcasts to show us the composer of the file. Although I could see listening to podcasts on shuffle, I wouldn't like this unless I could just set to randomly play ones that are new. Suddenly hearing something from last season or commentary on something from things that happened months ago would not really appeal to me.
As for giving away too much on line, I completely agree with how scary it can be. I know from experience how scary. I had a cyber stalker once that sent me pictures of my own neighborhood they took while visiting my home state. Talking about the places they were looking to move into (some of which were just blocks from my house) so they could be closer to me.
That scared the crap out of me so much that for many years I wouldn't say which state I lived in. Now I just give the general area if asked seriously (nearest major city, so nobody would find it that easy to find me.) and only use my pen name for everything. Hell, I even use my pen name for several things in "real life" as well. Work and Family are about all I use my birth name for. In everything else I am Dragavan, and I have been for nearly 10 years now.
In the end I found that if people want to find out who you are it will happen. It's just the electronic age we live in. Even as Dragavan I can be traced and found. Hell, just type in Dragavan into Google and nearly all of what comes up will be me, and that alone can lead to more personal information about me that I never chose to put on line.
I really don't think Jay's real name being said here is going to lead to any issues. If someone cared enough to find out the details about them they would have already found them elsewhere. Same thing goes for the truth about the father/son thing. Personally I enjoy the show either way and the playful banter about the truth of the connection is just part of the fun.
As for the name Jeremiah, I like that name. I even loved the Showtime series by that name. Luke Perry actually proved to me he could act on that show. You can't go wrong with a show written by J Michael Straczynski (Watching Babylon 5 again right now, in fact). I just wish they would release the second (and final) season on DVD so I could finally see it all.
