oceanic plane in claires flashback

could anyone just clarify this

people believe that the oceanic planes in claires flashbacks were just mixed and she didnt really see oceanic planes but it was her thoughts mixing them up.....well....

ive never been on a plane before ( and never will if its called flight 815) and can sum1 just tell me whether or not you get to see the whole plane before you board it.
i ask this because if u dont or cant see it, then how could claire hav mixed 2 thoughts up and hav a oceanic plane in her flashback if hse has never seen one.
you might think "but she has seen the plane wreckage" but she wudnt hav seen the whole plane as it got split up

Maybe she just saw the logo that was on the plane wreckage and then mixed that with the memory of a different plane. I dunno. It's possible, I guess. I think the planes were really there, though.

Or, if Oceanic is a real airline in Lost land, she could have seen it advertised. Then she would have seen the logo. Also, you can see the airplanes when they land in Norfolk, right before they are boarded. I like the idea that she meshed her memories, but wow, that would be confusing, and she probably wouldn't have done it with just the one thing...

I haven't been on a plane since I was about 10 years old. I like to drive; see the scenery. Also, I haven't been off the continent, just to Canada and Mexico. (I like those countries but I really wanna get overseas.)

at most airports they have huge windows so you can see the plane, but only the front part.
