I am going to be honest here, the Lost breaks are causing me to lose a lot of intrest......It much less exciting when I have to wait 2 weeks in between episodes.....My excitement for the next show is starting to run out, I can't imagine how just normal TV watchers(not fanatics like us) are handling these breaks, I would have stopped watching if I weren't a huge fan. Its getting a little ridiculous, anyone having this same issue?
I know this has been discussed to death, but when huge fans are starting to lose interest, I thought it was worth another time around

I would probably have stopped if I wasn't a huge fan, it has happened before, The breaks are annoying, but I haven't lost any interest

i think normal tv watchers don't care, it's only the wackos that really make so big a deal out of it.
I don't mind too much, it just means that there are shorter breaks over all.

Actually, I have mixed feelings. I hate having to wait for a new ep, but with so much to take in and ponder and discuss, it sometimes helps that we have extra time to take everything in and mull over what we have learned before getting the next installment.

I hate the breaks, but I never loose interest. You have to keep strong. The writters hate it as much as we do. But they said it was because it takes so long to shoot an episode that by the time they have the scripts there still shooting a previous episode.

its starting to kill me inside all this waiting. i hate it. but i agree that i have alot to talk about. every day i think of new thoeries. i do love this program

I find it easier to just stop thinking about it during the breaks. That's what I did between "On Of Them" and "Maternity Leave." It made it so much more fulfilling to me. Things seemed a little more new and exciting once the next episode came. I just find other things to do. I mean, hey, American Idol takes up like three nights a week or something. Sometimes I record Conan O'Brien and watch it where I would normally watch LOST.
The easiest thing to do is to just stop thinking about it for a while. I dunno, maybe that won't work for everyone. I'm a die-hard fan. But I learn to cope.

As annoying as the breaks are, I actually am able to get some work done on Wednesday nights. Because when there is a new episode, its hard to focus on anything leading up to it, and once it airs, I'm on the boards talking about it. I really need to just manage my time better so that LOST doesn't cause me to fail out of school or anything.

I'm so tired of the repeats....I don't watch the repeats cause I have the DVDs, it's great for those who want to get into the show now at this point, which seems like a bad time, but really sucky for us.....

I would prefer breaks galore instead of self-contained filler episodes about Hurley's struggle to lose weight. Although that would actually be sort of interesting. Look at 24! I love that show and there are NO filler episodes. They pull that off successfully.

Yeah, I must say that if the flashback eps don't relate to the origin of the island, I'd just as soon pass on 'em. People's characters are established by now...It's time for some answers!
That said, I understand they need the breaks to film episodes, edit, and just plain take BREAKS!

Omg, we get it that every one hates the breaks, but every other show does the same thing, except like the news and.....American Idol but yeah most every show has breaks deal with it..... Sorry about being snappy......I love y'all...feel better now?? ;D
