Jack called the Others "them" when he was talking to Ana-Lucia. I thought it was weird, because A-L's camp is the one that refers to them as "them", the fusies call them the Others. Any thoughts?

Maybe the writers wanted to shake up the dialouge a bit? I wouldn't put to much stock in it. People are going to refer to another group of people as "them". It's just the way people are. ;D

Maybe Jack thought if he said "The Others", Ana wouldn't know who he was talking about.

I'm sure she would though. I just thought it was weird, since Jack's probably used to calling them the Others.

They don't refer to them as 'the others' much in the show actually. They don't speculate much at all really. It's kinda left up to the fans, so if the Tailys came back and called them "them" in their description of what had happen, that was probably the last time Jack talked about "them"
