Is she jesica?
Why is she kind and nice?
Is she helping Walt use the computer and contact micheal?
Why did she and the "others/Dharma" leave the Medical hatch?
Why did the "others/Dharma" take the her as a child?
Was she raised without knowlegde of her parents?
Does she know her mother is looking for her?
Does she Know her mother killed her father?
I cant think of any more right now!!

Jessica was a fictional character that was supposed to be one of the other plane crash victims.
I forget how she got introduced... was she the diary person? Anyway, someone will fill in the details, but she got introduced from an official channel into the Lost universe (like from one of the websites).
In reality it is very likely she has nothing to do with the plot line, because the two writers are asked about her a few podcasts back on the abc podcast for Lost and it is clear they had no clue who she is either (so don't feel too bad for not knowing...)

i think i know the answer to one of the less significant questions.. i believe Claire's pens didnt work because it was either God or some sort of outside force giving her a sign against the adoption so she wouldn't give it away....
also i had been formulating a sort of list too but sunan mentioned most of my questions...here are the ones not mentioned....
• What did Desmond mean by his “race around the world” and “lift it up”?
• What has happened to Michael, has he been captured by the Others?
• How did the polar bear get on the island, and how does it survive?
• What happened to Mr. Candle’s arm?
• What is the Munster?
• How does Sawyer know Zeke?
• Is Henry an Other?
• Which one is Scott and which one is Steve?
