I had an ancient second generation 10GB iPod for ages, that I actually got free. But...it finally bit the dust.
So I just got a brand new shiney iPod yesterday!!!! The video one!!! Don't worry guys, I won't be buying anything for the next 10 years. But it is totally worth it. If you're going to buy one thing in the next year, buy an iPod.

Yea I have a 4G iPod (the one right before the iPod Video) I must say I was pretty ticked when saw that one. I am hoping that lightning will strike my iPod, or it will get run over by a gold Bonneville, so i can have an excuse to buy the new iPod. None the less iPods are pretty sweet.

lol I save my money for geeky toys like this. I own all of two pairs of shoes (one pair was a hand-me-down from my friend) and I don't really buy cds or dvds or anything (unless it's important, you know, like the Lost dvds). But sometimes you gotta blow your money on something cool. And Jay, don't feel bad....Apple is coming out with new iPods every five minutes. Apparently next month there's going to be an iPod that actually cooks you breakfast and reads you the news  |

Id believe it, i am waiting till the Mac Expo in a week or so to see if Apple is realeasing a new Intel Ibook before i buy one.

Wow, you guys are all caught up in the new stuff. I collect DVDs mostly, and make movies. My friend has an I-Pod, so I do get to play with one.
